They are very professional, friendly to work with, and always willing to help you out when needed! I have never had any issues or been disappointed by their services. Their rates are fair for what they offer and there is no reason not to use them as they provide top notch service in every aspect. The only thing about this business that could be improved would be if it were possible to find more locations within driving distance so your options for drop offs/pick ups would expand. We used NSA multiple times throughout our businesses career at another local location. From time to time we still get calls from customers who have used us previously asking how we can provide them better shredding rates than other providers. At first we thought maybe these people didn't know much about different types of paper products that need shredding but now we think it's because they don't like the prices charged by some competitors.
