For such a price the kit works adequately. I bought this kit over a year ago and it was exactly like the Revain picture. Double flare adapters have a shank that is too thin and do not center well when flared. The bubble burner adapters could also be better designed. So I can agree with others that getting good flashes can be difficult. However. with technique and some muscles it really works. All the bells I've made don't leak under pressure. I've been flaring tubing for over 20 years and prefer hydraulic flaring kits, but couldn't justify the cost for home use.
