Review on Winter Scarf Extreme Collar Warmer: Fashionable Girls' Accessories by Nicole Mcleod
It's soft but not well made.
The scarf is nice and soft but the loop through feature doesn't work properly. The ball at the end is bigger than the loop it has to go through. I use it open as a normal scarf, but it's very short and not suitable for that either. Unfortunately my 3 year old daughter has been waiting for her scarf for a very long time and didn't want to return it.
