We walk about 5-10 miles a day. I tied the key to my boot so as not to lose it. A much better option than leaving the door unlocked until we come back. Fanny packs just aren't made for runners, they're too uncomfortable. The Ponray running belt bag works great. It's not too bulky and holds just the right amount of stuff. I have my keys, a phone, and some emergency money. It doesn't seem to affect my mileage. Also, the color is great for helping people see me at night. Processing is good, flash reliable. I'm not afraid to break and fall. I really like this running belt. Solved some problems that have bothered me for years.
