I like that it provides me with all my accounts in one place, which makes managing them easier for myself as well as any employees who use this software! Also very easy system of tracking inventory levels across multiple stores, locations etc - great if you want better control over your supply chain processes within an organisation or between organisations e.g., buying from supplier A then selling into store B (or vice versa).
You have limited access/choices when creating reports so can be frustrating at times but overall benefits outweigh these issues. Just keep using until they improve their reporting functionality otherwise will not get used again!! The benefit we've realised most through our implementation has been improved management efficiency by providing us greater visibility into stock movements throughout each month's period.
