This belt was too big around my waist so it bounced around when I ran. I tried to pull it lower on my hips, but in one normal motion it came down to my natural waist. It should have been clear from the description - it actually says it fits a 30 inch waist. To be honest, I only noticed that in the product description after the purchase. But to advertise this belt as a belt for women runners is misleading. just too big for most female runners. I give this product two stars because the strap has sharp plastic parts that you can puncture while running. AND PAIN. So even if it fits, I would send it back. However, it fits my Google Pixel 2 well, offers space and feels secure. The buckle is nice and strong. If you're looking for a belt to wear over bulky clothing then this could be for you.
