I have a high arch, narrow heel and wide forefoot with bursitis and peripheral neuropathy so a good fit is critical. I have usually ordered the Saucony and New Balance brands. I read the reviews and decided to take a chance and order, even though previous Ryka shoes were too narrow and the sizing was unpredictable. Well, ordering the Influence in a medium width and 1/2 size larger than my normal shoes was a success. I love these shoes. Have taken them for long walks on the local mall's hard marble floors and they fit and cushion perfectly. They have lateral mobility and a pivot point in the outsole, making them ideal for dance, strength training, crossfit and walking. The breathable mesh upper keeps my feet comfortable. would recommend.
