So far, Kegg has been so easy and convenient to use and extremely informative, both because it's so easy to understand my readings and because of the strong support system I've found for the Kegg community ( you closed Facebook group) and their first responder support team. I've been trying to conceive for 4 years now and have PCOS so I tried so many other methods before I came across Kegg. I have irregular cycles, so not many fertility trackers work really well for me (plus they've frustrated me over time). Of all the fertility tracking methods I've tried, using kegs was a game changer in a short amount of time! My favorite features of the keg are its quick 2 minute daily readings, the easy to read charts in the app that comes with the keg and the fact that I can see my full fertile window (it gets more accurate with each cycle!) helps really I calculate the time of my efforts on TTC. I particularly appreciate that the device is so personalized to me and my cycle, reflecting changes in real time and not like other methods that "predict" ovulation. This gets a solid 5 stars as it works very well for my PCOS (and irregular cycles) and fits perfectly into my busy schedule! I would highly recommend anyone who is a TTS to at least try the barrel, I have not regretted for a second.
