These hubs are designed to make your life a little easier by adding more ports and cluttering up your desk. !1) Packing Packed well in a clear plastic box. Looks and feels brand new. (I hate returning something obvious.) 2) Instructions are in Japanese. However, everything is (and should be) self-explanatory. (It's just a hub.) Personally, I now trust Japanese brands, so I'd rather not see instructions in English or other languages. When was the last time you saw how-to guides? 3) Sanwa Magnetic Hub My life and my desk look cleaner and much more organized. Strong enough to hold the steel parts of my desk. (Not too strong so easy to detach.) 4) The 3ft cord is long enough. However, I would have preferred a softer cord. (Not too tight for many users. I like mine simple, like an iPhone charging cable.) charges by just plugging it into my laptop etc. Fewer cables are always great. 6) Included "Sushi Paper Craft" Much to my surprise, Sanwa added this paper craft that you can use to make a piece of sushi. (I have shrimp.) Super cute.
