They are very cute now that they are in. But as other reviewers have said, they were very difficult to unscrew. Luckily my husband was able to do it for me and they didn't break as another review pointed out. They also came with sterile wipes to clean the area/jewelry before replacing them. Very very nice, I would buy from them again.
