We used to have an Oral B but sold it to Phillips because of the noise. We then decided that our teeth didn't seem clean, so we switched back to Oral B. We immediately noticed a difference in how clean our teeth were with Oral B and how gentle it was on gums. We forgot how good they can be. However, the Oral B is a lot noisier than the Phillips and a bit more wobbly, and if that's your concern then this brush may not be for you. But when clean teeth and gentle gum care are important, then Oral B really shines. From day one we both noticed a real difference in our teeth, what we would actually call a clinical difference. We both have plaque and gray teeth; Both problems miraculously disappeared, almost no problem. I'm curious what our dentist has to say about the improvement. The improvement is real. I never thought the transition from Phillips to the wonderful Oral B would be so clear. We ordered two of these and swapped one out because it sounded like a drill shaking so badly the whole hand vibrated and never broke. This is a better substitute. The company is very helpful with the exchange and I would order from them again.
