Review on MJDK by Kyle Salinas

I recently had a terrible encounter with MJDK's customer support staff, which has made me feel incredibly disappointed in the business. I accidentally ordered the incorrect item when I placed an order for some crafting supplies. To attempt to correct the situation, I got in touch with MJDK's customer service department right away. I was shocked to find the customer service representative's answers to be dismissive and unhelpful. My attempts to explain the circumstance and request aid in fixing my error were met with lack of understanding and a refusal to assist. In addition, my order took much longer to send than anticipated, and I didn't receive any updates or information about the progress of my shipment until well after the scheduled delivery date. Overall, the level of customer service I got from MJDK left me incredibly unsatisfied. I won't be using their services in the future, and I'll also tell others to avoid them.
