I originally bought this product to charge multiple devices in our living room, usually 2 iPads and a couple of phones, but I needed more ports if I needed them. About three months after purchase, the device stopped working and my daughter's iPad shorted out. I posted a review about it and they immediately contacted me to work on a solution. They backed their product and offered to pay for the device to be returned so they could identify the problem and make sure it doesn't happen again. They also worked with me to replace the iPad at their expense. It might have been a little awkward, but I had a backup of the device and was able to restore it when the new one arrived. Their customer service is outstanding and I will continue to work with them and use their products in the future. Any company willing to address any potential issues or defects and fix them in the future to ensure a great product is worthy of my future business. It's very rare to find companies that stick to their products and are willing to make amends when things go wrong.
