The collar around the tube is broken
I ordered royal blue, *love* the color. Also the fact that it is cruelty free. On my first order, the collar around the hose got stuck at the top. I have cleaned the wand, the collar up to the very top where the wand connects to the tip. Keeps happening. Okay, maybe I got a bad one. It's possible, isn't it? Unfortunately, this also happened with the second pipe ordered. I may have to find another brand but I doubt I'll find one in this color. royal blue it!
