Pros: - amazing design aesthetic compared to all other "standard" coffee grinders that look like "standard" - makes delicious coffee - makes none a mess (as if only you understand everything) Cons: - Like many others on the internet, I had problems with the beans not being completely emptied from the hopper. Sometimes it was completely emptied, sometimes it took 2-3 cycles for the funnel to be completely emptied. It was very inconsistent. I submitted a ticket to tech support and they said they are aware of the issue but no estimated time to provide a permanent fix. Her best solution was to "put the beans in the hopper while they grind". I think some people will agree, but if you're going to spend $300 (plus tax) on a coffee grinder, it's better if it works near perfect. Even the $50 grinders you get from Target or Wal-Mart can grind all the beans in the trash can. a blatant error by the entire product organization, development and quality control? Summary: Unfortunately I am posting this back until a permanent solution is available. I can't justify the expense for the lack of functionality. Shame as it looks fantastic on the counter and makes a good cup of coffee.
