I love that you can track multiple accounts in one place so it's easy to keep up with all of your clients' performance.

There are some things we wish were better (like tracking time for individual tasks), but overall, this tool is pretty great. We use Offercraft to help our sales team improve their conversion rates and close rate. It makes managing client expectations much easier because they know exactly what steps need to be done before an offer will go out or even after offers have been sent if there was no response from them.
