I wanted to get rid of my old aluminum pots and saw that the reviews were very good. Although they are expensive I am very glad I bought them. I only use almond flour for baking, so I needed something that didn't stick. The pans are very heavy and distribute the heat very well, now baking takes less time. I sprayed the cupcake molds with some coconut oil and they popped out right away even without the paper cups. The cutter is very large and I can get an entire cookie recipe in one pan. They all cleaned up quickly in the sink too. I would recommend investing in these pans.
