The consultants at APMC are very knowledgeable in their field and have been able to help us solve many of our problems with ease! I cannot say enough good things about this team! They listen to you and work hard to find solutions for your needs. In my experience they do not take shortcuts when it comes to solving issues that arise within the office. They will go above and beyond what we ask them too. They also offer some great discounts if you need more than one person working together on an issue. We had a problem where patient records were being lost during transfers between offices. This was causing frustration among patients who would call into another location only to be told there wasn't any record of them visiting. It took several months before someone from APMC came out and looked at our system (which was quite complicated). After looking over everything he recommended changes which solved the problem.
