I've been working in their client services group since April of 2015 as an administrative assistant for one of our large clients that uses empowered staffing to help find qualified candidates (and train them!). It's really nice having someone like me there when you're new because it cuts down hiring time by so much!! There are many different departments at this place - recruiting, payroll processing, accounting, sales support etc., which makes things confusing sometimes but overall we have all gotten along well here. The only thing is finding more people who can multi-task/do double duty between multiple offices. This could be solved if some other positions were created or hired into those areas instead.
