already broken in the sealed box

When I opened the sealed box one of the straps was missing the little bar holding the latch in place so it fell right out of the box. The straps are too small for a normal male wrist. I was looking for something like the original with no metal, and from the picture it looked like they had no metal, but in fact they do. They look more like a watch strap than the original strap my watch had.
