A lot of people say it doesn't work, but it does! When you insert the three parts (the rubberized kickstand for the bottom of the phone, the kickstand itself, and then the charging pad), you need to insert the kickstand all the way into the rubber part until it clicks, BUT THEN the charging part. MUST NOT be fully inserted. If you insert it fully, the charging pad will not match the charging coils in your phone unless your phone is very small. For reference I've attached photos of where it should be for my iPhone 11 Pro Max. That should probably be it for a phone of this size. If your phone is smaller, the charging pad may need to be pressed a little harder. Hope that helps!
