Cute and has a slightly larger fit
For me the shirt is a little large, there is room to wear a shirt under this. The collar and cuffs are so pretty I got compliments at work! I am 5'3 140 lbs and I ordered a medium, I am normally a medium. Fits great, a little big but I like it that way. If you want it to be a tight fitting shirt then go a size down. If you are unsure then just buy your normal size. Overall I love it and might buy the black color later!
