Review on 🍚 Aroma Housewares ARC-363-1NGB Rice Cooker: 3 Uncooked/6 Cups Cooked Multicooker & Steamer by Gilbert Pfaff

Delivery was great, one day from order to door. But a little disappointed with the opening of the product. Apparently it was opened, badly packed and put back in the box. We cleaned it up and decided to give it a try. It is very easy to clean and works with a push of a button. Just add rice and suitable water, press the button and you're good to go. The problem with the cooker itself is the size of the rice. The plastic measuring cup (which is NOT the same size as a standard US measuring cup) has water/rice levels engraved so lightly that we had to hold it under a bright light (and practically through a magnifying glass) to figure it out. and mark the page with a marker for different levels. It may just be a defect in what we received. Also, the instructions read (and show) the water level lines inside the kettle itself, which is a little confusing, so we judged adding water by the plastic cup. Open box, poorly labeled meter and sparse instructions combine with ease of use and easy cleaning. For less than $20, it's about what we expected and we're happy with that (four stars), although a sealed unit would have been nice (one star deducted for that).
