I like how easy it was to use for our small team with no previous experience using this type of platform (we are still learning). The support staff were very helpful when we had questions or needed assistance during implementation as well! We haven't found anything yet but would love if there could be an option where you can add notes/comments within each task rather than having everything lumped into one big list at once - just my preference though so not sure why they wouldn’t have included something along those lines by now? Great tool overall!! It has helped us organize tasks better which helps keep everyone informed about what needs doing next.
