I've thought long and hard about which shower dispenser I need and I feel like I made the perfect choice. Considering everything is plastic it actually looks better than I expected and not only does it keep the bottle tidy but it also adds a touch of class to our showers. The only thing I would like to stress to anyone considering buying this or any other wall mounted shower dispenser is to ditch all the tubes of "Made in China" silicone that came with it and get a great tube of GE "Made in USA" silicone to buy silicone. and don't skimp on it. Use a little more than you think necessary and there will be no nasty incidents. Once installed, I also recommend applying a bead of silicone along the top and side edges to keep water out and avoid the possibility of mold or mildew staining the back. As others have mentioned, the key to refilling is to press the button, place your finger on the tube, and then release the button. This creates a vacuum that allows the product to flow quickly. I've followed these steps about 5 times and it's been good to go.
