Me and hair tools? BAD MIX! Yes, I even had problems with a hair dryer! With that being said... When I saw that (thanks VINE) I SHOULD GET IT. I was immediately attracted to purple. Attracted by the design of the hair dryer. Price? To be honest I have NEVER spent more than 30 euros on a hair dryer. They were pretty good, usually Conair. they lasted. But they are basic. Again, I have basic needs. This is something I would put on my wish list. Moving on... I really LOVE this hair dryer: #1 - The design and matte finish make it SUPER comfortable to hold. Even though I'm a big girl, I have small hands. That was excellent! #2 - Buttons can be tricky for some, I LOVE them. Easily switch between low and high modes along with the tempos. A snap of my thumb and I don't have to put the hair dryer down. #3 - Clay. It was bearable with noise. Yes, the hair dryer will be noisy, but that's not a big deal. Even on top!#4 - VERY LONG cord! This cannot be stressed enough in my case. Unfortunately, my townhouse is not designed for function. Let me explain - there is a "switch" in the outlet in the downstairs washroom, similar to that on this dryer. No matter what device is used, the socket will not work and has probably been tested/reset hundreds of times. It's been like this since I moved here 13 years ago. I need to use the outlet in front of the powder room door. Some devices are too short for this. my bathroom? There is a 6-pin connector near the mirror. I was LOVE when I saw this! That doesn't work either, it never has. Cannot be fixed. Strangely, the bathroom (opposite the toilet) has an electrical outlet. Again, some devices are too short to use this outlet. My mother's bathroom? The outlet may work, but it turns itself off after using so much power. The townhouse isn't that old, built around 2004. THIS CABLE IS PERFECT PERFECT for the washroom and my bathroom! So you probably understand why the cable is a PLUS for me. #5 - Cools down immediately after use. Most hair dryers are HOT like H–E–#–# after being used. Well, it's logical - it's a hair dryer. But why is it so important? Despite having two full bathrooms and a SMALL dressing room, storage space is limited. So space for a hair dryer after use is a problem. Just not with that. The rear vent and fan are cold right after I turn them off. This way I can easily put it in a place where other hair dryers can't. I DO NOT RECOMMEND IT TO EVERYONE. #6 - FUNCTION. It works out. And it worked for me about HALF the time than the others. Not much right off the bat... used it in freestyle then hooked up a "concentrator" attachment to get some areas. I haven't used the other one yet...yet. Overall I LOVE this hair dryer. This is my first HOT TOOLS dryer and I hope I don't have to change it too soon. And yes, you get what you pay for.
