Package arrived quickly and in great packaging! The product itself is great too. First, there was a seal in the bottle that prevented anything from being squeezed out during shipping or otherwise. The lotion is very thick which I think might be normal for a dog lotion as it is a paw treatment. It was a bit sticky, especially with all the hair, but I suppose that can't be avoided unless they make the lotion less thick, but just as effective. Also, there was no bad smell, which is beneficial for both humans and dogs. Haven't had any allergic reactions or side effects so far and the lotion takes time to fully heal but so far so good so I recommend the product!
