Great! They make cooking easier than grinding salt and pepper by hand. Grinding a teaspoon by hand, forgetting a tablespoon takes all day. I still have a few electronic salt and pepper shakers and they only fit half the size as I have to refill them often. So the chamber holds a lot of spice. The backlight on top is a great feature so you can see how much you're putting in your food. Stylish and very modern design. They are really easy to use. In my video I held them at an angle, but if you hold them straight up and down they should work just fine. Also makes a great gift!
