Unfortunately somehow my order got lost. However, I contacted the guys at Advanced and they quickly sent me another set straight away. Thanks to the support service for solving problems in a timely manner. It's hard to find great customer service these days. Now we come to the S2000. It comes with extra ear gels and a pouch in a neat little box. I love the balanced sound of these headphones. They're not overly bass-heavy and don't have those odd tinny sounds that you get from other similar headphones in this price range. I particularly liked how it sounds with electronics and dark progressive music. It captures synthesizers, vocals and background noise very clearly and powerfully. I didn't notice any distortion at high volume, which is impressive for headphones in this price range. You're beaten for the dollar. If I had any complaints, I would just wish there was a little more punch when listening to drum parts, whether it's hip hop or electronic music. Just my preference. Otherwise, these headphones are real. The fit is another bonus for me. They are gentle and fit my ear snugly without moving. I keep a running journal and found that the earbuds were in place and didn't loosen while running. So far I've tried, the built-in microphone is pretty clear. I have yet to try this under various conditions, I'll post updates when I get around to it. People could hear me without yelling into the microphone. I find the placement of the microphone on the right side interesting, as it doesn't get caught in the collar when I turn my head while riding. On most headphones, the mic on the left is much lower than when you're moving, picking up the sounds of movement and distracting the person on the other end. I didn't have these problems with my S2000. Right now I'm a fan of these guys and hope to see what they have in store for us. Keep an eye out for great products, prices and customer service.
