I have another small mesh chair at home that I've had for a long time. It's very convenient, just not designed for a full-time job. I needed a new chair to replace my gaming racing chair so I was looking for some mesh. In the end, I settled on this uncomfortable thing. First the pros: It looks good. It is made of mesh and is therefore very breathable. The lift cylinder is strong and 6 feet can be raised to an ergonomic height for me. The armrests are the only really good thing about this chair. . They move up/down, back/forward and rotate a little. Gathering was easy. I needed 15 minutes to myself. To be honest, I used my own tools rather than the ones that came with it. Cons: Here's the biggest one. If you are tall then this chair is not for you. There are three sets of holes at the bottom of the chair. The instructions say you can use two of the three sets. One where the backrest is closer to the seat, or another where the backrest is farther from the seat. The second option is not really an option. Holes do not match. Then I went back to the item description and they have a little note that deeper holes don't work. Then why is it in the manual? So if you're taller, your knees will hang over the edge. This is uncomfortable in and of itself, but since the seat itself is just a piece of mesh, it sags a bit when seated. However, the front of the chair is wrapped in some foam which is stretched by such hard plastic pieces. This is meant to make the backs of the legs behind the knees more comfortable, but if you're tall and your legs extend about 4 inches past the edge of the chair, the plastic stretchers will cause the foam to get stuck in the lower leg. which goes from uncomfortable to painful in minutes. This wouldn't be a problem if the instructions didn't directly lie to you about a lower seatback setting. Another issue is the ridiculous lumbar support. It's a cheap long piece of hard plastic with a flared part at the top. Basically, it's a plastic rod that is inserted into the back. You can move it up and down, but you can't adjust the depth or remove it. If you're smaller, it won't. It's not a problem, but for a 6ft man, the brace doesn't travel far enough to get to the right side of my back, so after a few minutes it also starts to hurt (although not as much as the problem area with my knees ). If it could be removed it would be useful. I think I can recommend this chair if you are a woman or a smaller man. If you are about 5 feet 8 inches (5 feet 8 inches) taller, you will find this chair extremely uncomfortable. Although there was no damage, the box it came in was not taped very well and split top and bottom when placed. arrived. I'm still considering returning it, although finding another box big enough to fit in would be a real hassle. Maybe I'll leave her to save myself the trouble. But I will never buy anything from this company again as the options in the instructions are blatant lies.
