I live near Harrisburg, Pennsylvania and the Susquehanna River, where the water company gets our drinking water. But Governor Wolfe will allow municipalities to pump excess sewage into the Susquehanna and not force them to use the money we pay them in taxes and sewer fees to upgrade their equipment at these facilities to handle peak flows.
