First off, my grandson is absolutely gorgeous in this hooded windbreaker. Second, this is a very well made jacket. The outside is vinyl but soft and flexible, and the inside is soft cotton. The stitching looks quality and so does the zipper - it just slides open and my grandson can do it himself! The hood is detachable and the two-layer jacket is nice and warm. A nice feature is that the cuffs are folded back and the cotton lining absorbs water and doesn't run down the sleeves. The jacket is washable (we used the gentle cycle and hung to dry) and easy to wash too! Full winner!
