Pros: Strong suction, easy nozzle replacement, light weight Cons: * Emptying the bin is a very messy job. It is impossible to avoid the cloud of dust and allergens that is not only thrown into the air, but also covers the outside of the car (preferably the outside). After that, the entire device must be wiped with a damp cloth. NOT suitable for allergy sufferers or asthmatics.* The device has many hidden slots where dust can collect. They MUST be cleaned regularly or the device will stop working. Not only do you need to empty the canister and soak the filter, you also need to disassemble the brush to remove hair and clean the hidden dust chamber. The company does not provide a key/tool to open the plastic case. You need to find something that won't destroy the plastic (I use a $1 coin). * There is not enough space on the docking station for all the extra tools that come with it (poor design). * You must keep the button pressed at all times. for the vacuum to work. This is inconvenient and unacceptable for users with arthritis.* Very short battery life. Takes only 2 minutes in MAX mode or 15 minutes in normal mode. In order to maintain this already limited battery life, the manufacturer recommends only recharging the battery when it is completely discharged. That's tricky as it means I might be halfway through the cleaning job by the time the vacuum dies and I'll have to wait 40 minutes for a recharge.
