Works well, cleans great, very durable

I've been using wire grill brushes for years and while I've never had a problem with bits of wire in my food, the wire brush just doesn't last. I use my grill quite often, probably 3-4 times a week, and after just the first use the wires on the grill brush start to bend and within a few months they are covered in dirt that you just can't get rid of. They'll work for a few more months, but then I'll have to replace them with new ones. I think this Pure Grill scraper brush combo is the solution to the grill wire brush problem. I've been using the Pure Grill brush for a month now and it still looks brand new. At first I wasn't a fan because the thing is very hard. The switchbacks don't give much recoil at all, and the brush only seemed to touch the tip of the grate no matter how I tried to manipulate it or how hard I squeezed. The spacing between the coils just didn't match the spacing between my grids. When I realized that quickly brushing the Pure Grill Flat Brush to brush off most of the food debris and then twisting it to the edge to get something stuck deeper into the grills worked really well, my opinion changed. Why? I've used the Pure Grill brush 15 or 20 times now and it shows no signs of warping. After cleaning the grill, give it a quick rinse in hot soapy water and then spray it down the sink thoroughly with the vegetable sprayer and it will look brand new. I see no reason why the Pure Grill brush shouldn't be dishwasher safe, but I haven't tried it yet. She looks cool too. It may sound silly, but as any avid griller will tell you, having cool grilling tools is important. Displaying different spatulas and tongs is one thing, but I don't know anyone who proudly displays their rough, warped wire grill brush. It's usually hidden in a drawer or cupboard under the grill. The Pure Grill Brush takes up space in the show and when my brother asked what that weird curly thing was for and I told him it was my grill brush he was impressed that it held up so well and wanted it for me to fetch . Maybe he'll forget, and now I have a Christmas idea for him :) Bottom line, the Pure Grill brush is very durable, cleans well and I expect it to last a long time while still looking presentable enough, which I don't have. to hide my infamous wire grill. I love it.
