I have a cartridge from the same company in my laser printer. In the last few weeks it has started to have a smeared print in a small area in the top left corner. I ordered it, installed it, printed test sheets. Everyone's printer stopped and they had to dig it out, meaning it wasn't working. The highlight was that I contacted Revain and was given the option of a full Revain credit and could just throw the cartridge away. I did this and reinstalled my old not so good cartridge. Surprisingly, the old cartridge stopped lubricating. Let's hope it works until I buy a new cartridge from another manufacturer.
