Review on Efficient Micro USB to Mini USB 2.0 Adapter: Streamlined Connectivity Solution by Patrick Goodrich

This is a kind of niche product. I have a lot of older cables and actually liked the USB mini form factor more than the micro connector (of course the USB-C connector is better than both for ease of use). I needed a way to charge some old FRS (NiMH) radios and old Li-ion batteries with mini USB plugs. This allows me to use a USB mini-plug adapter for magnetic fast charging cables that I've come to use and love, while minimizing cable clutter. I like the aluminum case of this device as it should dissipate heat better when the voltage is high.
