Everything is OK. . . for hair masks

I bought this product because my hair was too heavily processed; like a haystack. I used it twice and it seemed to work for the first two or three days after using it, but then it seemed to sting or rub off and my hair was dry again. Not as dry as before, but definitely not. Results, promised title, promo and prize. I wish I had invested that money in going to the salon for a professional treatment.
