I've been looking for this bag for months as we travel a lot and my old shoulder bags couldn't handle it. After looking through too many bags, I realized I wanted a leather bag. Above all, I wanted a bag that would be durable, easy to carry, reliable, and fit my camera and lens. As a professional photographer, my camera and lenses are a bit long and bulky. Although I have bags made specifically for all of our photography gear, I wanted a bag that I could just slip into one of my zoom cameras for the day so it would fit snugly and I wouldn't have to worry about it. I bought this bag to try and was pleasantly surprised. First impression: She looked smaller than I expected. Upon closer inspection, however, I was very pleased with the size. It's actually pretty perfect. Not bulky at all, but this bag fits A LOT! I couldn't even believe it! Stitching and Leather: The stitching of my bag is good. However, the closure flap is not sewn directly onto the bag. It's not that noticeable from afar, but I noticed it as a buyer. And others have mentioned this in their reviews as well. The dot on the clasp looks like it's about to fall apart, but it isn't. This is a handmade bag and this part does not look glued. I'll look at it again and maybe fix it or just leave it. It is not noticeable from afar or is too important. Clasp: I don't have to open the clasp every time - like I would with a belt - as it has a push-lock clasp at the bottom. This may be an update, but I saw a review by someone that had a photo. This was a pleasant surprise as it offers easier access. Shoulder Strap: Feels thin but strong. It's adjustable and I think it's the perfect length as there are so many options. Front Pocket: Not many other reviews have mentioned or photographed the outer front pocket. I love it. It fits my iPhone 7S Plus with case and connector. And I could probably fit more. When I'm not using it for my phone, it fits in my expo disk, extra camera battery and CF/SD card case. Back Zipper: The back zipper is great. I like having this for added security when traveling. However, the inner lining of this part of my bag must have been scraps of canvas, as there was writing and markings all over it. I don't see how to control that. It was a disappointment and looks cheap and run down. On the other hand, the bag has many advantages, so I didn't feel it deserved a full star. But it was disappointing, especially when you're so excited to hold the bag in your hands. And then you see it. A little disappointment and I hope that the seller will not take it. Smell: I was expecting a lot worse after reading some of the reviews. It is actually a very light and pleasant leather scent. Not overwhelming at all. i really love it Packaging: A silk dust bag has been mentioned in previous reviews. This is not what I received. Mine feels pretty rough. Not so hot what's up. At least they brought a dust bag. Always a plus. The care and information note on the bag was on recycled paper and was a nice personal touch from the seller. All in all, I think and hope that this bag will be with me for a very long time. I like how it looks and how well it's divided into parts. It is suitable for both travel and everyday use. As a photographer and small business owner, I enjoy supporting other small businesses with a passion for my craft. I recommend this product.
