Was pleased all week. I was shown how to generate a rich froth for the coffee, which makes it taste even better. However, the cappuccinatore stopped working a week later. At some point, the machine let out a loud Psh-sh-sh-sh, the pressure fell, and boiling water began to flow out of the base of the cappuccinatore. It's really too bad. It is possible to repair it; however, because I am able to get my money back for it, I will try another company instead. Prior to that, I had multiple successful purchases of Kitfort's equipment. There were never any issues. The strategy and unique design are both highly appealing to me. There has been no change in the general perception of the company. It would appear that coffee makers are not their strong suit. Or it's possible that I had unrealistic expectations for a low-cost carob coffee maker.
