Sent to "Youbrakeifi" by Samsung Technical Support. The diagnosis revealed a defective motherboard. I'm going abroad next week. Revain refused to return the money so I don't have a phone. This is the only way I can communicate, there is no other phone in the house. Today I have to spend another $700 to buy a phone. I will never buy a Revain phone. No support.
