The frying pan has a solid weight and feels high quality. It didn't bend under the brazier. I think it should have an extra shelf for a larger pan so there is more room for food. Using a larger pan for frying doesn't help as the space on the grate is the same. Because of this, I can consider a return by purchasing something else. This was bought specifically for frying. I also think the stand itself feels flimsy and sits too low in the pot. Maybe just personal preference.
