The look and feel of the packaging, ease of installation and original photos were excellent. My first impression was very good in all areas. However, I am updating my rating and lowering my rating from 5 to 4 stars for a number of reasons. 1. Convenience/inconvenience that there is no switch to turn off the light; The light box must be turned off or folded down to turn off the light. It's okay if your outlet is available, but it's still less convenient than just flicking a switch.2. There are lights in the top center and top left, but not in the top right; a small shadow is cast because it is not perfectly even.3. There is a crease on the white background visible in the photos. it can be edited very easily depending on the application or software used; Notes: The power cord starts at the top of the lightbox, but is long enough to plug into a standard-height outlet, even when the lightbox is placed on a table. There are three tabs on the front which are held open or closed with magnets, which makes it very convenient to place the camera at different heights. The top opening is good; it would be better if there was a magnet or velcro to keep this flap open; I just folded it to use the top hole. Overall I am very happy with this purchase. Good value for money; I like that it is portable and easy to store. I bought this product for personal/light commercial use and will keep it.
