Almost perfect: power strips and surge protection

I like the convenience of a tower. That's a great idea. However, once everything is connected, it gets a bit unwieldy. I ordered a 12ft tower because my outlets are so far apart in my room. It was barely tall enough and long enough for my needs so now it's crammed on the table with all the forks sticking out of it surrounded by all the utensils.
