No peeled joints!
Used this appliance for the first time tonight to grind a slice of parmesan and it worked very well. As with any new device, it took me a while to get the feel of it, but I felt my fingers were fully protected the entire time I was experimenting. In the end, finely grating the cheese worked and I was able to grate it about 1/2 inch from the edge. The rest goes into the soup.
