Exactly like the block I bought a few years ago (that's a good thing!)
I bought the same block a few years ago. I decided I needed a second block. I was concerned the new one would feel different and unbalanced. It's not. It's the same high quality, strong and sturdy block. I like foam better than wood because there's a little give. Some foam blocks can be too squishy. This one's not. Great quality!
- Used it at the gym and liked it so much decided I needed one at home.
- May be too lightweight for those looking for a more substantial yoga prop
