Review on EUASOO 8-in-1 USB C Hub with HDMI, USB 3.0, SD/TF Card Reader, and PD Charging for MacBook Pro and Type C Devices by Reginald Hamilton

I bought this hub as a secondary hub to keep in my briefcase when traveling but now I keep it as my main hub. I was impressed with the very complete package that came with it (see photo), including a cloth travel case and a plastic USB-C socket cover. The USB and other ports are separated enough that your plugs won't interfere with the other plug. I took it out of the box without reading any instructions and plugged it in intuitively. The inputs are clearly labeled (1) USB 2.0 and (3) USB 3.0, so I connected the ethernet port to USB 3 and my printer to 2.0, leaving 2 empty inputs for flash or whatever. My HDMI video worked right away, as did the printer. I'm impressed with the transfer speed of USB 3.0 sticks, now I need faster sticks to keep up with the hub! My computer had a very low battery after a long flight and charging through the hub was just as fast as plugging it in directly. After a week I stop charging directly and leave the AC plug in the hub. In my previous hub I didn't have a way to charge my laptop through the hub and every time I needed to use the printer I had to unplug and plug it back in to make sure it was connected. This hub doesn't have that. I then read the documentation which is written in plain English (I was surprised as with other products it seems to be translated from space), 1 year warranty with a free 6 month extension with online registration. They also offer money back and free exchanges which tells me the company believes in their product. The user manual is graphical for understanding in any language, with explanations in English. So I highly recommend the EUASOO hub as my main laptop hub, a great product at a great price.
