Review on MintM- Engagement BOT by Peter Sullivan

The bot was very clear to use! It really worked well for us, we were able to create an automated chat conversation that answered every question about our product/service perfectly from first contact through purchase or booking service - without needing human interaction at any step of it all (which would have been incredibly expensive). I don't think there's anything bad you could say either; everything went smoothly & seamlessly using this software so far too :D We're currently having technical difficulties but these are being resolved quickly by their support team, who always respond within minutes even when its late in the night (>7pm UK times) as they know how important customer satisfaction is here :) Great value deal overall compared other bots out there such has Chatfuel etc., especially considering what kind of engagement level your business needs and where customers need help most often during busy hours / busier days ;) You won’t be disappointed if you go ahead and give them a trial.
