0 does not work on the numeric keypad, keyboard is noisy. Backspace requires more pressure, which is why this item is being returned and will not be repurchased. The best part is that it's thin, as expected. When it works properly you know it will click loudly. The good/bad (depending on who you are) is that the keys are indented, which may have made it a bit difficult to return. There is something to consider. I've been using keyboards daily since 2001 (that's 20 years) and this was the worst I've ever used.
