Works but has some issues

The first thing I noticed after installation was that one of the two fans never stops, even when the battery is charged. Never. Contacted support, never got an answer. Since it was shipped to a different country, shipping it back would be expensive, so I decided to take action even if the warranty was void. Problem found, swapped out two thermistors with the same connections and wire colors. in the right place, everything is going well. This was a manufacturing error that could have been avoided if they had used different colors for the wires. Well, the guide suggests installing the device in 3 optional positions. Horizontal and hanging on the wall, the fans should be aligned to the right or left. Most users will install the inverter in such a way that the guest, the control panel and the 3 control buttons are deflected 90 degrees, so you need to turn your head 90 degrees to change settings or buy a remote control. When working with batteries, you can turn off the device, but when it receives AC input, it cannot be turned off. You can even turn off the inversion function with a charger, not easy, but possible. In fact, even with this, the internal circuitry draws 1A from the AC mains, that's about 120W with no action. I hate that. This is because the SMPS is always on, in fact it turns on a fan pretty much every hour, a noisy fan, with the charger off and the inverter off. What's the problem with a full shutdown? It has a possibility to update the firmware. I have the latest version, but when you insert the USB stick to try to update, nothing happens. At least tell me "You're up to date" or "USB is incompatible", but say something! This is a new model, I think (fingers crossed) they will release better firmware. I had an old 3.0kW Prosine and liked it better (Acs Remote Panel is much better) but it doesn't support repairs. It's cheaper, lighter and more powerful, but I don't like the stuff I've found.

Pros
  • Eliminates clutter: The onboard communications card allows for seamless integration with 3rd party monitoring and control systems that support rv-c and j1939 protocols, eliminating the need for multiple scoreboards. Adjust and monitor system performance via Bluetooth app (FXC Control) available on Android and iOS.
Cons
  • Only available in white
