Terrible shell! Wouldn't recommend it to anyone.
Great product if you want to make confetti. This was my second replacement as the first one ripped in a light breeze. This second lasted 2 days in the sun before turning into a cheesy string after a chilly evening. Stay away if you plan to use it in any weather including rain, sun, wind, etc. If you plan to use it on a bike in a garage, it can usually withstand, but when you open the garage door, the wind can tear it to shreds.
